Group Lessons add so much to a childs music education!
Group lessons offer many benefits!
-
Skills improvement- group lessons add new skills, like ensemble playing, and reinforce existing skills
-
Motivation -being a part of a group and connecting with others is great and there is always cooperative motivation going on, like getting inspired to practise and learn new things.
-
Confidence building- the students learn to play in front of each other, with each other and support each other.
-
Ensemble Playing- learning to play your part , in time, with others is an essential skill. (and fun!)
-
Community - being part of something bigger, a community, making friends and having fun!
